COVID-19 DELIVERY SERVICE DELAYS
Please note there may be service and shipping delays due to the challenging situation with COVID-19. We are doing everything we can to keep our employees, customers and communities safe.
We cannot guarantee orders will be received in the exact time periods listed below. While most major cities are currently unaffected, some rural areas, PO Boxes and certain states are experiencing significant shipment delays.
Next day delivery - orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.
Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once an order is placed we cannot add, remove or change any items in the order.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Banana Bands assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you have not received your package or cannot locate it.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Banana Bands assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.
If you realise that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.
RETURNED TO SENDER
Orders may be returned for various reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or several failed delivery attempts. If your order is Returned to Sender, we will charge an additional shipping fee to send a replacement package or we can refund the order minus a £10 restocking fee. The original shipping amount is not refundable.
